1. Service Provision
We provide professional pet grooming services in the comfort of your home. Our groomers will arrive at your scheduled time with necessary tools and supplies. Services include bathing, trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and other grooming tasks as agreed.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and accessible workspace indoors (e.g., bathroom, balcony, or designated area). Outdoor grooming is not permitted.
• Ensure pets are vaccinated, flea-free, and healthy. Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues (biting, anxiety, etc.) during booking. Failure to do so may result in service termination without refund.
• Secure other pets in a separate area during the session. A responsible adult (18+) must remain on-site for the entire appointment.

3. Payment & Fees
Full payment is due at booking via UPI and Cash. Prices reflect travel time, pet size/coat condition, and additional requests (e.g., de-matting). A 15% surcharge applies for last-minute bookings (<24 hours).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours incur full payment. Exceptions apply for emergencies (e.g., vet-verified pet illness)—documentation required.

5. Health & Safety
Groomers may pause or stop services if a pet’s stress or aggression risks harm. Sedation is strictly prohibited unless prescribed by a vet. We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions exacerbated during grooming.

6. Liability Limitations
While we prioritize care, accidents (nicks, minor cuts, or stress-related reactions) may occur. Clients agree to cover veterinary costs for injuries caused by undisclosed pet behavior. We are not responsible for damage to property (e.g., scratched floors) during services.

7. Privacy
Personal information (address, contact details) is collected solely for appointment coordination. We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Photos of groomed pets may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out via email.

8. Amendments
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or website notices.
